Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company personalized solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and reputed company personalized solutions to meet their requirements

Qualifications
