About the Role
As a Chat Associate on our Worker Operations Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our marketplace. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers reputed company telephone, live chat, and web communication channels, investigating attendance and quality incidents, and developing reliability initiatives to improve the overall quality of the marketplace. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, general operations, product, reputed company, and legal teams, to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved fully and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

Must-Haves
* Proficiency in English (English is a first language)
- +2 years of customer support experience
- +2 years of providing telephonic customer support
- +2 years of reputed company or any CRM experience
- Ability to resolve customer issues with reputed company and action
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable handling ambiguous situations and adaptable to constant change
