Position OverviewLocation: Austin, TX (Remote – reputed company to Austin and nearby areas) Schedule: 6–10 hours per week, reputed company
Compensation: $500–$800 bi-weekly
Work Type: 100% remote, part-time
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll documentation Coordinate distribution and mailing of payroll checks and reputed company materials Maintain accurate payroll and transaction records Support internal reporting and financial tracking reputed company general administrative tasks including data entry and file organization Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Ideal Candidate
Based in or near Austin, TX Strong attention to detail and time management reputed company to work independently Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook) Prior payroll or administrative experience is a plus but not required Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
