Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and other reputed company providers in a professional and courteous manner. Investigate customer inquiries and issues and reputed company appropriate solutions. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information and claims data. Monitor customer accounts to ensure benefits are being used appropriately. Monitor customer accounts for fraud and abuse. Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain records of customer transactions and communications.
