Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire reputed company. As a Medicare CSR, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. Your primary goal will be to reputed company 5-star service to our customers, resolving problems and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers regarding claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications

* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
