About the Role

  • Apply for payments, send out payment reminders, and manage flight changes and seat assignments as needed
  • Coordinate concierge-reputed company details for clients, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, to create unforgettable experiences
  • Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner
