As the HR Manager for the In-Flight Services Division, your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient and consistent delivery of reputed company services, such as mentoring and counseling employees and management, sourcing and selection, performance management programs, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and providing HR leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Managing service delivery systems
• Crafting coordinated solutions to business problems or issues.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5-10 years of HR Manager Experience supporting a business unit (or equivalent years of experience) is required.
• Broad understanding of reputed company areas including compensation, benefits, employment, employee/labor relations, training/development, equal employment opportunity, and organizational development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
