Job Description

• Customer projects in the area of reputed company HCM in reputed company on-reputed company components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).
• Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints.
• System-reputed company realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll reputed company).
• Support in reputed company project phases – reputed company, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of reputed company HCM.
• As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the reputed company HCM system (PY).
• Experience with reputed company agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and reputed company reputed company law.
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.
• Experience with project management and consulting methods.
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
• Business fluent German and fluent English.
• Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.
