As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of reputed company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests for reputed company and new clients, helping them travel smart and reputed company more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on! 

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer 
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can consistently reputed company consultation to the customer 
• Fulfill reputed company requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) 
• reputed company the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties 
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and reputed company relationships with client to reputed company suggestions for improvement

About you

• Extensive Travel Agent experience 
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes 
• Advanced skills in GDS Amedeus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German
