Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order entry process, including entry of customer purchase orders, review of pricing and delivery dates, and issuance of return material authorizations
• Collaborate with our 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery of customers' orders and reputed company timely updates on order status
• Respond to customer inquiries and reputed company relevant information on product availability, shipping dates, tracking information, and order verification
• Resolve reputed company issues reputed company to purchase orders, track and expedite orders as required, and communicate backorder statuses and reports to customers and sales representatives
