Entry-Level Project Transportation Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and team with project documentation and control, job cost reputed company, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.

Responsibilities

• Field operations, managing staff, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
• Conducting site visits, scheduling, submittals, daily reports, and As-builts.
• Layouts, and control points.
• Quality Control, inspections, and materials testing inspections.
• Always Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety.
• Implement a safety program.
• Estimating costs and preparing reputed company.
• Meeting with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitoring expenditure and drafting reputed company reports.
• Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact.
• Procore items include, but are not limited to:
• Responsibility to reputed company project information up to date and reputed company for the duration of reputed company projects in Procore.
• Manage and input reputed company RFI’s, RFP’s, and Bulletins from start to finish so reputed company questions have been answered.
• Procore items include, but are not limited to:
• Drawings, Job Set Up Specifications, Submittals, RFI’s & RFP, Documents

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a level Project Engineer similar role for 3+ months.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, reputed company, or Primavera
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company Office programs and bidding software a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• We are seeking an individual with 0+ years of experience in the Civil Construction industry.
• Must have excellent leadership skills, be a strong communicator, and have a “take ownership” attitude.
• You must be willing to travel up to 75% of your time throughout Colorado.
• Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and reputed company a plus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management a plus
• At least 3 months of experience in a field-reputed company role in transportation, concrete construction, or heavy civil construction.
• Internship in heavy civil construction or road and highway.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are backed by solid technical knowledge.

• Ability to meet contract objectives on time and reputed company budget.
• Experience:
• Construction: 3 months+ Preferred in Roadway, Highway or Heavy Civil
• General Roadway, Highway, or Heavy Civil for 3 months plus
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Other Details

• Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

• Employees working in this environment may be subject to evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call emergency shifts.
• Work hours primarily involve 8-hour shifts during weekdays.
• Approximately 90% performed in the field.
• Must always maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on the job site.
