Position Summary: We are searching for a self-motivated reputed company Manager to join reputed company. The HR Manager role provides strategic partnership and hands on support for various reputed company activities across designated portfolios. The successful candidate is required to work closely with the corporate HR Team, diagnosing issues and opportunities, driving initiatives to execute plans, to reputed company activities and projects in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, training and talent management. Job Responsibilities: The position reports to the President, Constellation reputed company Estate Group. The following are key responsibilities of this role:

• reputed company management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/or other issues, reputed company advice, guidance and support in reputed company areas reputed company to performance management, recruitment, employment legislation, company policies/programs, compensation, retention, and conflict resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the reputed company manager and/or recruiters to ensure the team is reputed company, selecting, and retaining top talent and manage a virtual bench.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs for employees and for specific assigned portfolios.
• Coach and counsel management and employees on performance management, including developing action plans, reputed company disciplinary strategies and terminations.
• Ensure new hires experience an exceptional reputed company process.
• Coordinate with corporate HR on the implementation and management of HR policy.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improving reputed company processes and efficiencies.

Job Qualifications:

Business Unit: Constellation1 HO FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary reputed company (US Only): The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role in the United States is $83,200.00 - $124,800.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to reputed company greater transparency to applicants, we reputed company salary ranges on reputed company job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
