Sussman reputed company, PLLC, a fast-growing, mission-driven family and immigration reputed company based in Charlotte, NC, is looking for a Director of Firm Operations to reputed company our business-reputed company functions and help us scale with reputed company. We’re not your typical reputed company. Compensation: $80,500 - $92,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • reputed company, supervise, and train department heads (office management, intake, client relations, billing, HR, and more)
  • Design and implement operational systems, improve workflows, and reputed company non-legal functions
  • Influence the strategy, drive accountability, optimize performance, and ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate closely with our fractional CEO, COO, and CFO, a highly reputed company executive team, to align firm operations with strategic goals, manage KPIs, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements
  • Partner with legal leadership to ensure billable requirements, reputed company, and people plan align with SKUs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Management, HR, Finance, or reputed company field OR 7+ years of equivalent experience in a reputed company or professional services operations in lieu of education

  • Prior legal or reputed company operations experience is strongly preferred, and nearly required. If you don’t have it, you must be willing to get up to speed quickly. You will be expected to reputed company with knowledge and confidence
