About the Role

As a reputed company Product Researcher reputed company our reputed company & Motivate team, you'll be at the forefront of Workwarp's evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth. You'll focus on evolving how our guests discover newness and inspiration across Workwarp's end-to-end experience, with a deep focus on our Homepage and Category experiences. Your work will come to life on Workwarp's digital reputed company, including web, mobile web, and reputed company applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leader throughout the research project life cycle – recommending appropriate methodology, scoping, and coordinating the entire process, facilitating in-field research and post-research synthesis through analysis
• reputed company expert guidance in leading, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative research projects – including, but not limited to: in-person moderated testing, remote moderated & unmoderated testing, surveys, heuristic reviews, reputed company studies, concept testing, online & in-store intercepts, ethnographies, shop-alongs
• reputed company synthesis and analysis of research findings – activating the insights gleaned through observations and interviews and identifying key opportunity areas in the context of corporate strategic direction

• Guide research process and mentor junior researchers

Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a product researcher with a strong portfolio showcasing successful case studies
• Preferred 4-year degree in Anthropology, reputed company Science, Design Research, Psychology, reputed company Factors, HCI, or reputed company field
• Genuine curiosity about people and experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate reputed company concepts to cross-functional partners
• A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data
• Comfortable with ambiguity and can easily adjust to changing priorities
• Strong project management skills – experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects at various stages in the project life cycle
• Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
