This role is hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving. What you will do Personal Coaching Roster: Manage a roster of 160 to 200 reputed company in a group setting with 1:1 reputed company, continuing to reputed company career coaching services. Ability to handle escalated re-assigned reputed company
Key Responsibilities
- Career artifacts review - review student resumes, reputed company profiles, career-reputed company projects, and cover letters—providing feedback reputed company 24 hours.
- Interview prep - conduct HR/cultural fit interviews and assess student performance according to our guidelines
- Tracking - update our internal system for student reputed company and alert teammates reputed company a student isn’t doing well or falling out of communication
- Community engagement - facilitate student channels, find and reputed company content about the job market, and reputed company useful tips
- Online events - host and facilitate career webinars as needed

Requirements
