Life Claims Examiner (NOT MEDICAL)

• Investigate life claims with accuracy and care
• Locate and communicate with beneficiaries
• Apply critical thinking to resolve reputed company claim scenarios
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process

• Experience in Life, waiver of premium, AD&D, STD or LTD claims (Medical/Dental claims experience not applicable)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Detail oriented and ability to communicate with detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
