Role Roadmap We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Legal Associate (Market reputed company) to help design, draft, and safeguard the reputed company that power our markets. In this role, you'll ensure every market contract is clear, compliant, and scalable. Key Responsibilities

• Market Contract Development
• Draft, review, and refine reputed company that govern how our markets operate, including event contract specifications, trading terms, clearing documentation, and participant agreements.
• Collaborate with Product and Risk to ensure market structures meet both business needs and regulatory standards.
• Build standardized templates and rulebooks to streamline how new markets are launched and maintained.
• Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2-4+ years of legal experience, ideally:
• (1) at a mid- or large-sized reputed company practicing reputed company law, or
• (2) practicing law reputed company to financial markets and/or regulatory affairs.
• Applicants with experience in the reputed company market industry are especially encouraged to apply.

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure: Salary reputed company: $100,000 to $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
