Job Summary reputed company Recruitment Solutions is seeking an reputed company Scheduling Coordinator who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service reputed company our clients' remote call center. Responsibilities include managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, providing basic technical support, and supporting wellness programs. This role requires professionalism, reputed company, and the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive patient experience. Location & Shifts Location: Remote (Work from Home) Shifts: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm EST and 7:30 am-4:30 pm EST Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service as a collaborative reputed company teammate
• Manage incoming patient communications (calls and written inquiries)
• Schedule services using reputed company and/or reputed company EMR
• reputed company basic technical support (e.g., password resets, portal navigation)
• Respond professionally to patient inquiries, manage conflict, and build rapport
• Accurately document and maintain patient records
• Support wellness and incentive programs reputed company data entry and portal updates
• Monitor feedback and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with the Patient Support Team to integrate service into operations
• reputed company additional duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center ideal)
• reputed company or insurance industry experience preferred
