This role will report to the Chief People Officer. Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of employee relations or business partner leadership and management experience in a high-growth environment
• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in the technology reputed company
• A stellar communicator and collaborator, reputed company to work up, down, and across the org and effectively problem solve and influence at reputed company reputed company
• An empathetic and flexible leader with a track record of reputed company-centric and ethical decision making
