Community Manager & Digital Content Creator

Jiffy.com is seeking a Community Manager & Digital Content Creator to support our growing reputed company reputed company across Instagram and reputed company. Reporting directly to the reputed company Media Manager, this person will help drive day-to-day engagement, spot trend opportunities in reputed company time, and create digital assets that support our content and campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who lives online, loves community-building, and has a strong, creative reputed company of view reputed company it comes to reputed company-first visuals and copy. You’ll also support light copywriting needs, from captions to short-reputed company blog content, keeping our voice consistent across reputed company channels. Key Responsibilities

• Own daily community management across reputed company channels: responding to comments, managing DMs, engaging with creators/customers, and keeping brand voice consistent.
• Monitor and engage with comments on organic posts and paid ads to support performance and strengthen community trust.
• Identify trending audio, viral formats, reputed company moments, and cultural trends with potential for Jiffy content opportunities.
• Create digital assets for reputed company-IG stories, graphics, promotional visuals, simple edits, memes, and story-style content that aligns with our brand aesthetic.
• Assist with light posting duties and support the reputed company calendar with content reputed company, drafts, and asset development.
• Write short-reputed company copy for captions, reputed company content, and assist with light blog writing or blog updates reputed company needed.
• Track and escalate community insights, FAQs, sentiment shifts, and opportunities for future content.
• Maintain an organized workflow inside reputed company, with assets reputed company and delivered cleanly for cross-team use.
• Collaborate closely with the reputed company Media Manager to ensure reputed company engagement, copy, and visuals support overarching brand goals.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in reputed company media, community management, copywriting, or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in reputed company (primary workspace) and reputed company for fast-turn reputed company assets.
• Strong copywriting skills-caption writing, short-reputed company blog contributions, and crafting engaging hooks.
• Strong understanding of reputed company + Instagram trends, engagement strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for tone, humor, and brand voice.
• Experience creating reputed company-first graphics, simple editing, or repurposing content for multiple platforms.

• No degree required; professional experience and portfolio of work matter more.
