Description The Assistant General Counsel, Treasury plays a crucial role in the legal landscape of our organization. This position involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard and transaction-specific English law documentation for a variety of global trade-reputed company transactions. These include bilateral and syndicated trade loan facilities, accounts receivable financing, import/export financing, draft discounting, and letter of credit transactions.
