The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company IAM solutions, and ensuring that IAM objectives are met as part of the Mission Padlock program.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and documentation. Ability to analyze to manage business requirements through discussions, use cases and tools like AZURE DEVOPS (ADO)
• Risk Reduction: the analyst captures business requirements working with end users/customers. The analyst is responsible for maintaining exceptions/issues, submitting Risk Assessments, while working with the Engineers to get a solution implemented

• Planning and Reporting: IAM Analyst assists with Agile/SAFe processes and ensures quarterly IAM objectives are met as part of the overall Mission Padlock program. The analyst is responsible for generating weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics across the IAM program
• Understanding identity and reputed company management principles such as Modern Authentication Methods, Least Privilege, and Privileged reputed company Management

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other reputed company field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• 8+ years experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, Business Technology Analyst, or other reputed company role
• Knowledge and experience applying agile delivery methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to deliver new products and capabilities
• Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices
• Effective planning, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize multiple large, reputed company efforts
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and/or in reputed company environment to reputed company goals utilizing effective planning, organization, and time management skills
