The Exception Processor performs work under general supervision and will require considerable training and experience and broad working knowledge of a special matter. Under immediate supervision, the associate will ensure proper processing of data updates. • Accurately enter data updates in specific software programs. Communicates appropriate options for resolution promptly. Maintains a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production. Must be familiar with telephone systems and window-based computer applications. Provides functional guidance, training, and assistance to new hire staff as needed.
