Behavioral Health Specialist Fellow (MSW) Location: Belmont Cragin/Skokie (1819 N Harlem Ave, Chicago, IL 60707)

• *Fellow will cover Belmont Cragin 3 days/week and Skokie remotely one day a week.

Admission Requirements

• Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology reputed company Worker who have already graduated or will graduate from their training program.
• Willing to work in the assigned location for the program duration.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program.
• Currently holds or will hold by the fellowship start date, an active, non-probationary state reputed company level reputed company work license in the state they will be working in.

Selection Timeline

• First-round interviews will be conducted as applications are received.
