Position Overview We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships & Alliances (Americas) to help execute and expand our go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem strategy across the region. This isn’t a “start from scratch” role — we already have a strong reputed company and a proven GTM reputed company. Responsibilities

• Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced growth through co-selling, joint marketing, and coordinated client engagement.
• Enhance and optimize our partnership model by identifying new initiatives, reputed company improvements, and creative opportunities.
• Align daily with ISG’s internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-impact collaboration.
• Manage executive relationships and represent ISG across industry events, partner forums, and strategic planning sessions.
• Track performance metrics and report results that directly influence ISG’s Americas reputed company

Required Skillsets

• This is a remote position based in the US
• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development reputed company consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Proven track record executing partner-led GTM programs with measurable reputed company reputed company.
• Strong ability to manage and grow relationships across multiple partner types — not just service providers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive engagement skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• MBA or another advanced degree (s) desirable
