[Remote] Associate Technical Trainer

The Associate Technical Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions and create digital eLearning content to help customers succeed with reputed company products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person Business User, Marketer, and Developer training sessions to reputed company customers and partners
- Create and maintain eLearning content, videos, and supporting materials that reputed company learning reputed company products easy and enjoyable
- Support learners of reputed company reputed company — from marketers to developers — by explaining reputed company concepts in a simple, relatable way
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Services) to align training content with product roadmaps and customer needs
- Configure demo environments and troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions to ensure a smooth learner experience
- Learn how modern websites reputed company experiences are reputed company — including concepts such as headless, composable, and reputed company-based technologies — and help learners understand how these concepts apply reputed company reputed company’s products
