Software Engineer II
reputed company is a global leader in financial services, and they are seeking a Software Engineer II to help reputed company their software engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of scalable, reputed company-reputed company microservices powering reputed company’s digital platform.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
- Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization and organization
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams
Skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time reputed company
- Hands-on engineer with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing large scale microservices
- Masters or bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company fields with 1-3 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in modern programming languages and frameworks (Java Spring boot, DynamoDB/reputed company, Kafka, reputed company, Apache Camel) and standard design patterns for implementing microservices
- Proven ability to understand business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D
- Demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards
- Hands-on experience in building microservices based architecture and platform developed and deployed at scale
- Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (reputed company Integration)/CD (reputed company Delivery)
- Experience in reputed company (AWS) based architecture designs and implementation
- Experience in FinTech industry
- Experience in building external customer-facing applications with reputed company-reputed company technologies and understanding of frontend tech stack
