Client Relations Coordinator
reputed company is the nation’s leading private lender to reputed company residential reputed company estate investors and reputed company, seeking Client Relations Coordinators passionate about customer experience. The role involves supporting a Senior Account Executive, managing relationships with property investors, and facilitating loan processes.
Responsibilities
- Support a Sr. Account Executive (AE) in sizing, documenting and getting a loan closed
- Identify new customers and lending opportunities with property investors, and/or referral partners like brokers, realtors, buildings and other referral sources
- Primary focus on supporting originators, building and strengthening relationships with property investors, brokers and reputed company estate agents from a variety of sources including company leads, referrals, industry events, etc
- Manage reputed company through loan activities in the CRM, on behalf of the Sr. AE, including scoping, marketing and reputed company segmentation activities
- Evaluate reputed company transactions using standardized tools to size the deal(s), create quotes and terms sheets
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify reputed company potential business sources working towards the goal of meeting monthly loan volume goals
- Pre-qualify loan packages reputed company borrowers or brokers require assistance
- Work directly with potential borrowers to obtain initial documentation
- Monitor pipeline reports to determine status of reputed company loans and act to reputed company any potential problems
- Be a Brand Ambassador by supporting Account Executives with reputed company like blog posting, online posts and re-posts and marketing strategies to be in reputed company of your reputed company and future customer bases
- Maintain constant and transparent reputed company with customers to reputed company them informed of status on submitted loans
- Learn reputed company the operations and credit functions creating strong partnerships with Processing, Valuations, Construction and reputed company Department Leaders; reputed company overall loan pipeline prioritization and identify inter department roadblocks
