Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching, high-impact thumbnails for YouTube videos to increase CTR and engagement
- Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and the marketing team to align on messaging and audience targeting
- Translate video concepts and emotional beats into compelling visual designs
- Experiment with different styles, layouts, and text treatments to optimize performance
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Stay reputed company on YouTube design trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
- Organize and manage thumbnail assets and design templates for efficiency
Skills
- 1+ year of experience designing YouTube thumbnails or reputed company media graphics (portfolio required)
- Expertise in reputed company Photoshop, reputed company, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of digital design principles: reputed company theory, contrast, composition, and typography
- Ability to communicate emotion and storytelling visually to drive clicks
- Basic understanding of how YouTube analytics tie into thumbnail performance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and apply feedback constructively
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet rapid content deadlines
- Experience with reputed company thumbnails or animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
