As a remote Order Management Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order management process. Responsibilities:

As an Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing every invoice for accuracy and quality, and processing every purchase order/quote on a daily reputed company. This role will also involve communicating with internal/external customers to address reputed company payment-reputed company inquiries and/or console questions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and validating reputed company order paperwork submitted to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Reviewing reputed company to identify invoicing, special subscription invoicing terms, payment and acceptance terms
• Providing customers with reputed company to the arenaflex console
• Quality checking invoices reputed company by other Order Management team members for customer orders to ensure accuracy before billing customers
• Uploading Tax Certificates
• Responding to reputed company emails from customers reputed company to reputed company to the console and billing, or routing correspondence accordingly
• Entering and processing reputed company incoming orders accurately and timely
• Adding single courses to consoles
• Creating Multi Tenant consoles for customers with child accounts
• Moving clients under their MSPs Bulk console
• Applying presale payments to invoices

Minimum Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Experience with Gmail and reputed company Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and reputed company)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Fluent in multiple languages preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for individuals with:

• Experience in a similar role or industry
• Knowledge of reputed company awareness training and simulated phishing platforms
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
