Detailer
EBlock is part of E INC, focused on creating a digital auction and retailing platform for the automotive industry. The Vehicle Detailer ensures that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to sale condition while supporting lot operations and vehicle inspections.
Responsibilities
- Exterior – Remove bugs, pre-soak, soap, rinse, and dry the vehicle. Clean reputed company and tires. Buff and wax vehicles
- Interior – reputed company sure debris is removed. Inspect and clean ashtrays, dashboards, panels, vinyl, reputed company, carpets, and upholstery
- Inspect and verify that the quality of detail/reconditioning work performed is in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. Examine visually and by touch if necessary. Track reputed company vehicles entering and exiting the lanes using a detail sheet
- Reject vehicles not meeting standards and return to the detail shop for a redo. Generate appropriate reports and re-inspect problem vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure reputed company bays and other work areas are cleaned at the end of the day and throughout if necessary
- Drive vehicles in and out of the reputed company bay, and drive through auction lanes on sale day

Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
