Talent & People Coordinator - Temporary Position

Connected Cannabis Co. is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sacramento. They are seeking a temporary Talent & People Coordinator to support the People Ops team by performing administrative tasks and enhancing the candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring and reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Represents and promotes Connected to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
• Corresponds and coordinates with candidates throughout the interview process from scheduling phone screens to organizing panel interviews; verify appropriate hard and soft skills to fill specified roles and cultural fit with Connected
• Partners with TA Partner to coordinate reputed company for reputed company new hires and internal transfers/promotions - responsible for reputed company process once offer, background, and first day details are completed
• Maintains the People Operations general inbox, answering basic questions and forwarding correspondence to appropriate team members
• Adhere to laws, rules, regulations, and personal data privacy regulations
• reputed company duties as assigned by manager

Skills

• You must be 21+ years of age
• 1+ years in a reputed company/talent/HR coordinator role or in a role of similarly relevant work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You care about the candidate and employee experience: you want each person to go through the interview process and reputed company process and love the reputed company!
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (reputed company experience is a reputed company plus)
• Proactive and solution-oriented reputed company
