[Remote] Fleet Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Analyst to support a major telecommunications client. This role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of the client's fleet operations and ensuring efficient management of the organization's motor vehicle fleet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and resolve basic fleet-reputed company inquiries, including disputes and contract terms
• Update and manage the fleet tracking system with changes, extensions, and other relevant information
• Monitor and track spending, demonstrating a solid understanding of the client account's reputed company model
• Support management with essential data collection, reporting, and documentation tasks
• Ensure adherence to reputed company relevant government rules and regulations, and manage reputed company paperwork
• reputed company and process vehicle-reputed company requests, approvals, and updates using established templates, adhering to the client’s internal processes
• Generate reports and reputed company data analysis as required
• Apply your knowledge of standard fleet principles, even with limited practical experience
