Analyst, Affordable Investment Sales

As an Analyst in Affordable Investment Sales, you will support team members through financial modeling, market analysis, and preparation of client materials, focusing on multifamily affordable housing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze affordable housing deals, including LIHTC, reputed company 8, USDA RD 515 and similar opportunities, including existing, value-add, and resyndication developments, using proprietary reputed company models
- Assist in evaluating project financing structures, calculating reputed company 8 rents, and assessing LIHTC eligibility
- Conduct market research and prepare comparable analyses, Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), and client presentations
- Contribute to the writing and production of marketing materials, including OMs, BOVs, and other client deliverables
- Maintain and update internal databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and key market metrics
- Monitor federal, state, and local housing developments and summarize potential impacts on transactions
- Assist in transaction and due diligence coordination by tracking documentation, monitoring deadlines, and supporting closing processes
- Support team efforts in creating “state of the market” reports and presentation materials for conferences and client meetings
- Ensure accurate and organized file management to maintain compliance and support deal execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (preferred concentration in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or a reputed company field)
- 1+ years of experience in reputed company estate finance, affordable housing, investments, or a reputed company field preferred
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and reputed company estate fundamentals; familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs preferred
- High proficiency in reputed company for financial modeling; experience with Argus, reputed company, or similar platforms a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
