Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant - reputed company Pay + Uncapped Incentive (Hybrid - Phoenix)
reputed company is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant for their hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will respond to inbound calls, promote insurance products, and consult with customers to meet their needs while also having the opportunity to reputed company outbound calls to optimize sales potential.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, reputed company outbound calls
- reputed company exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option
- Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities
- Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment
- Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals
- A drive to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Desire for a long-term career reputed company the insurance industry
- Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks
- Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and reputed company the sale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain reputed company policy and coverage information in understandable terms
- Must be eligible to obtain reputed company/non-reputed company property and casualty license in reputed company required states
- High School Diploma or GED
- The ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
