[Remote] Debt Collections Rep

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an $18 Billion Company and Industry Leader seeking talented Debt Collections Professionals. The Medical Debt Collections Representative will reputed company collection follow up with patients on delinquent accounts in a high-volume call center environment, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in the resolution of outstanding payments from past due accounts
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update the patient record to identify actions taken on the account
• reputed company monthly department collection goal
• Maintain minimum production standards
• reputed company quality assurance scores that meet department requirements
• Work reputed company company attendance guidelines
• reputed company excellent customer service during reputed company interactions
• reputed company reputed company responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures
• reputed company with reputed company guidelines, policies, and procedures to assure sensitive or confidential information is protected in accordance with the HIPAA rules and regulations
• Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 1 - 2 years' reputed company experience
• Ability to multitask reputed company multiple channels of technology
• General computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
• Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively reputed company reputed company environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and reputed company reputed company of management
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Transferable skills/experience would be beneficial to the position but is not required
