The Client Experience Associate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, supporting internal operations, and assisting with client service tasks reputed company a busy wealth management practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome reputed company visitors to the office
• Schedule and facilitate client office visits
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Help with purchase and approval of client gifts

• Set up and break down in-office meetings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail

• Load/unload dishwasher and maintain common areas
