[Remote] Administrative Assistant II

They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to reputed company diverse administrative responsibilities, coordinate projects, and prepare reports that support local management goals.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls
• Handles inquiries appropriately
• May reputed company, read, prioritize, reputed company and distribute incoming mail or other materials
• May coordinate, schedule, and maintain event calendars, including travel arrangements, customer appointments, meetings, conference calls, and room reservations
• Organizes and maintains document storage
• May create and prepare presentations, memos, reports, correspondence and miscellaneous projects
• May assist in basic reputed company functions
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• 1 – 2 years' experience in administrative support roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on several reputed company tasks and prioritize workload with minimal direction
• Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Intermediate ability to utilize reputed company applications
• Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and reputed company reputed company environment
