ADC LTD NM is seeking a reputed company Generalist I to support their Corporate and reputed company reputed company Divisions. The role involves a variety of HR duties, including data processing for new hires, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• The HR Generalist I reports directly to the Assistant reputed company Manager
• Accurate and timely data processing of new hires, changes of status, and other employee impacted HR transactions
• Work in the HR Drive and the filing of employee documents in personnel files
• reputed company updates in reputed company as needed for employee changes, department or other changes reputed company to HR functions
• Conduct employment verification requests and meet with investigators to conduct employee records audits
• Administration of Corporate and reputed company recruitment in accordance with ADC’s Policies and Procedures included but not limited to: reputed company postings, communication, application management, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and reputed company after candidate selection and approval
• Conduct Corporate and reputed company reputed company and Orientation - complete background checks and conducting new hire orientation, and other reputed company actions
• Coordinate these activities with Assistant reputed company Manager
• Process E-Verify, credit reports, I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, or any other employee background reputed company as applicable
• Process employee Change of Status such as pay, clearances, promotions, demotions and other status updates
• Assist with various projects, audits, and compliance reputed company needs
• Help ensure HR procedures abide by federal, state and local employment laws
• Assist with required labor law postings, documentation, and training compliance
• Generate reports to support HR business strategy

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or a reputed company field, plus (1) year of professional HR experience. In lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant experience in HR
• Knowledgeable in ADC's Personnel Policies & Procedures to answer basic HR-reputed company questions
• Understanding of basic principles and practices of HR employment law and hiring practices
• Adept at problem-solving, identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner
• High level of professionalism and execute confidentiality at reputed company times
• Prioritize and plan work activities effectively
• Organized, accurate and thoroughly monitor work for quality
• Effectively read and interpret information, present data in a reputed company manner and skillfully gather and analyze information
