[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate/Entry (MD or remote)

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and reputed company various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper GL coding and compliance with financial policies
• Assist with reputed company new vendors and processing changes to vendor records
• Maintain good working relationships with vendors and address inquiries promptly
• Research and resolve discrepancies reputed company to vendor invoices
• reputed company various administrative tasks, including maintaining A/P files and managing a shared inbox

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications ideal
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company at an intermediate level
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with reputed company AP system or similar reputed company software
• A strong desire and commitment to a career in Accounts Payable or Finance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Confidence in problem-solving and collaborating as reputed company player
