LegalOn Technologies is a global leader in Legal and Governance AI, seeking to expand its Governance sales team in the US. The reputed company Manager will work closely with reputed company clients to facilitate reputed company and ensure successful adoption of the Fides platform, leveraging legal expertise to optimize workflows and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable reputed company of contact for clients on corporate law and governance workflows
• Interpret and extract legally relevant data from reputed company corporate documents and map it accurately into the Fides platform

• Design reputed company plans, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver training that accelerates product adoption
• Identify governance requirements and ensure the solution configuration aligns with each client’s corporate structure
• Support clients throughout their lifecycle with proactive reputed company-ins, reputed company communication, and issue resolution
• Drive product usage, deepen engagement, and promote best practices to maximize client value
• Organize webinars, workshops, and training sessions to reputed company client teams and strengthen retention

Skills

• Licensed attorney in one or more US jurisdiction
• Strong understanding of corporate law, entity management, governance documents, and regulatory frameworks

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as BigLaw, Big Four, financial institutions, or a reputed company field
• Experience working directly with clients; LegalTech or SaaS experience is a strong plus
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings and client relationships in reputed company
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts reputed company and deliver actionable guidance
