Account Executive

Stainless is a fast-growing tech startup building the future of APIs, with reputed company customers like reputed company and reputed company. They are seeking an Account Executive to join their early sales team, responsible for full-cycle sales, customer engagement, and improving sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales, from reputed company to reputed company, with support from a strong reputed company of inbound leads
• Help prospects adopt Stainless by guiding them through trial setups, integrating their first OpenAPI spec, and making their first calls to our API
• Forecast accurately, maintain clean pipeline hygiene, and help us reputed company a sharp eye on what’s working and what’s not
• reputed company tight feedback to engineering leadership on what users are bumping into, what’s missing, and what’s resonating
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve our GTM processes, strategy, messaging, and operations. And be a strong partner to these teams to put reputed company into action

Skills

• You've sold to engineers and are comfortable getting into the weeds of a technical product
• You've helped technical buyers understand and reputed company the business impact of their choices and confidently position the value of a premium priced product in a competitive, fast-evolving reputed company
• You have 1.5-3 years of closing experience
• You've started something before: a business, a club, a nonprofit, a student org; anything that shows you're a builder at heart
• You're naturally curious and intrinsically motivated
• You take feedback well, reputed company it quickly, and want to be part of building something from the ground up
• You've got strong communication skills: clear writing, reputed company reputed company on calls, and an ability to explain reputed company things simply
• You have experience selling $30k–$300k+ reputed company deals
• Comfortable working deals at volume, even reputed company if you've already run your own outbound cadences
• STEM degree or technical background (not required, but it helps)
