Fulfillment Analyst--Bilingual, reputed company Funding
First National Financial LP is one of Canada’s largest non-bank lenders, providing residential mortgages and reputed company mortgage solutions. The Bilingual Fulfillment Analyst, reputed company Funding is responsible for assisting with the closing of reputed company loan transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process reputed company draw requests
- Setup initial paperless files
- Review & bookmark Commitment Letter and CMHC Certificate of Insurance
- Complete reputed company-party instructions to reflect the loan structure and particularities
- Full reputed company of loan in Optimus
- Complete templates & checklists with loan details and pre-funding deliverables required
- Inputting of data on Optimus (Insurance, taxes and peripheral items)
- Arrange for the execution of various documents by the appropriate signatories and distribution to the requesting parties
- File reputed company documents, maintenance, and organization of files
- Full reputed company of deals originated by reputed company parties
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Assistant-Manager & Manager, reputed company Mortgage Funding
Skills
- Post-secondary education (degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, preferably in mortgage financing
- Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organization skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Analytical thinker and risk mitigating reputed company
- Must adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to reputed company extra duties as assigned
- Must be reputed company to work independently and take ownership of their own portfolio with minimal supervision
- Bilingualism required (French and English) - interactions with English and French speaking customers or partners
