Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with reputed company clients
- Drafting compelling pleadings, correspondences, and communications
- Conducting thorough discovery
- Skillfully negotiating and drafting settlements
- Making confident court appearances, including trials
Skills
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Newly admitted attorneys are highly encouraged to apply
- Candidates must reputed company in California to be eligible for this appointment
- The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired
