About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Act as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while promoting a positive customer and associate experience. Be available to work a flexible schedule/shift/workspace, including weekends, evenings, or holidays.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery environment, or 2+ years of reputed company (Blue Badge/FTE) experience. A strong work ethic, excellent ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines. A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: A four-year degree from an accredited university. 2+ years of reputed company New Stores (Blue Badge/FTE) experience. 2+ years of customer-facing grocery industry experience. Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to inform assumptions and implement effective solutions. Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering results.
