The role involves ensuring timely and accurate group premium processing and collection while addressing customer inquiries and maintaining data reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Analyze statements, reputed company premium payments for groups, and uphold data reputed company in company systems
- Ensure accuracy in billing statements and premium payments. Identify, evaluate and resolve eligibility and billing entries
- Identify and communicate premium and eligibility errors as needed
- Maintain certholder eligibility and premium application. Ensure full compliance with coverage requirements outlined in policyholder reputed company and relevant state and federal regulations
Skills
- Strong background in working with numbers in a billing reputed company
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard and calculator, as well as proficient typing and data entry skills with strict attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
