[Remote] Account Manager

The role involves managing relationships with business partners, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate reporting and reputed company functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
• Service assigned accounts quickly and reputed company while providing high-quality customer experience and support
• Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation
• Complete required reporting in a reputed company and accurate manner

• Proactively throughout the month and prior to the monthly reputed company period, request and review transactional data (pricing and weights of shipments/services) to ensure accuracy for our Finance team
