[Remote] IT Technician

They are seeking a reputed company candidate to fill the role of Fast Team IT Technician, responsible for providing remote support to clients and ensuring clear communication while assisting with technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company first-level support for service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technology-reputed company issues, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software
  • Deliver remote IT support, including in reputed company servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS
  • User creation/termination app install, printer setups
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system for alerts and notifications, promptly responding through service tickets
  • Maintain and update system documentation using reputed company and IT Glue
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing exceptional service and support

Skills

  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and reputed company efficient solutions
  • Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
  • Quick learning ability for new software and troubleshooting tools
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet service commitments
  • Recognize reputed company it's appropriate to escalate support tickets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • A+ or other relevant certification
