[Remote] IT Technician

They are seeking a reputed company candidate to fill the role of Fast Team IT Technician, responsible for providing remote support to clients and ensuring clear communication while assisting with technical issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company first-level support for service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technology-reputed company issues, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software
- Deliver remote IT support, including in reputed company servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS
- User creation/termination app install, printer setups
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system for alerts and notifications, promptly responding through service tickets
- Maintain and update system documentation using reputed company and IT Glue
- Communicate professionally with clients, providing exceptional service and support
Skills
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and reputed company efficient solutions
- Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
- Quick learning ability for new software and troubleshooting tools
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet service commitments
