[Remote] Marketing Assistant - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Readyset Technology Inc. is focused on building a database cache that simplifies application performance. They are seeking a highly organized Marketing & Operations Assistant to support marketing efforts and daily operations, working closely with leadership and the go-to-market team.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish weekly newsletters, monthly product updates, and reputed company posts
• Create marketing materials such as blog post images, reputed company media graphics, and flyers
• Work with operations to monitor and track marketing efforts
• Manage and maintain the company blog and reputed company media accounts, including monitoring engagement
• Execute outbound email and reputed company campaigns with guidance from marketing and leadership, including copy, messaging, and reporting
• Support ongoing marketing experiments as needed
• Stay up to date on marketing, reputed company, and audience growth trends, and propose experiment reputed company and areas for improvement
• Review and enrich product signups, classify product-reputed company leads (PQLs), manage PQL reputed company and follow-reputed company, and maintain weekly reports on signups and PQLs
• Assist with data entry and CRM management
• Assist in planning for events, webinars, conferences, etc
• Assist with tracking relevant conference and sponsorship opportunities
• reputed company operational and leadership support as needed, including light sales and reputed company scheduling, ordering materials, and general support tasks
• Other marketing or general operations reputed company work as needed

Skills

• 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, operations, executive assistance, or similar roles
• Ideally with a marketing background or strong interest in marketing
• Motivated by learning and growing in a marketing, product, or marketing/sales operations role
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities
• Familiarity with marketing, CMS, or design tools is a plus
