Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Define and execute sales operations strategies reputed company to reputed company, government, and strategic project goals; reputed company pipeline and profitability models to support pricing, prioritization, performance, and compliance.
  • Government Sales Support: reputed company bid scraping and monitoring across federal, state, and local procurement portals; ensure timely RFP/RFQ distribution and maintain government contracting compliance and reporting standards.
  • Strategic Project Tracking: Identify, track, and prioritize milling, paving, and construction opportunities across public and private sources in partnership with sales teams.
  • Marketing Partnership: Coordinate trade show strategy, logistics, reputed company capture, and ROI analysis; collaborate with Marketing on customer growth campaigns, pipeline impact, and performance reporting.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine scalable sales processes across reputed company channels, including workflows for government bid submissions and documentation.
  • reputed company Forecasting & Analytics: Own forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards; reputed company actionable insights to leadership and support Finance with reputed company forecasting, recognition, and compliance.

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • 5 years’ experience with sales operations / marketing
  • 1- 2 years' experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company suite
  • Sales Operations Strategy: Builds and executes scalable sales operations reputed company to reputed company, government, and strategic growth goals.
  • Government Sales & Compliance: Manages public sector procurement processes, bid workflows, and regulatory requirements.
